LoveQR turns every place into a relational opportunity. Our vision: enable everyone to create authentic connections in real life, without toxic algorithms, without swiping, without installing an app.

End-to-end encryption
Private messaging is end-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM): texts, animated emoji, images, drawings, reveal photos, audio, shared profiles and game invites are encrypted on your device before sending, with one key per message protected for each active device (ECDH P-256). Game moves and draws travel encrypted and are checked by both devices; contact profile copies are sealed for both people. The server cannot read this content. It still sees who talks to whom, dates, message type and size; older messages, or messages exchanged with a device without a LoveQR key, are not end-to-end encrypted. The 12-digit security code in the contact card lets you verify their key. No key backup: a new device cannot read older history; up to 5 active devices, removable in “My devices”. Reporting: the reporter’s device sends the last 6 messages of each participant (at most 30 days), encrypted only for the administrator’s moderation key kept on their device; the server cannot read them. AR posts, public profiles, Community messages, presence and public content are not end-to-end encrypted: they are meant to be seen. Local profiles and archive: AES-256; network: HTTPS/TLS. Encryption does not protect a compromised unlocked device. No absolute security is promised.
Eco-responsible
LoveQR is a PWA that works in the browser without any download. Our approach minimises digital footprint and promotes local, lasting connections.

Ethics & control
No data exploitation, no advertising, no algorithmic manipulation. You decide when to digitise your profiles. Deleting a QR instantly invalidates all existing links.
Protected intellectual property
The LoveQR concept is protected by a priority certificate filed with Datasure (Copyright.eu), attesting to the originality and authorship of the work.

This filing covers the method of transmitting and exchanging personal information in the context of encounters between individuals through visual encryption (QR code, barcode or any other visual encryption method).
Moderation policy
LoveQR is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment:
• Any illegal, offensive, discriminatory or explicit non-consensual sexual content is prohibited
• Users can report abuse at info@loveqr.net
• Every report is reviewed seriously and confidentially
• LoveQR reserves the right to forward illegal content to competent authorities
• Users are solely responsible for content published in their QR code
• Use of the service is restricted to persons aged 18 and over
Technical anti-fraud journals (IP hashes, fraud events, behaviour counters and risk-score history) help prevent abuse and investigate incidents. Their retention period is set at 100 days from each record. An automatic daily cleanup deletes expired records, with a technical deletion delay of up to 24 h. This rule does not lift sanctions or delete active account/IP registries, geographic locks or risk scores. Payment evidence and order logs are outside this cleanup. Provider backups and logs follow their own, unverified retention periods.
A worldwide service
No ads, advertising tracking or data resale. We favour on-device storage, collection limited to the requested feature and retention limited to its need. This is not certification of above-baseline compliance. Public information is available without an account. Do not add unnecessary sensitive information: profiles may include orientation or intimate information you choose to provide. Public and Intime spaces remain separate.
